Red Ribbon Week

Queen Creek Elementary School will celebrate Red Ribbon Week on Monday, October 28 through Friday, November 1. Red Ribbon Week is a national celebration that promotes and encourages students to choose to be drug free. At school, students will engage in activities that promote a drug free and healthy lifestyle. Please partner with us and discuss this message at home, at the dinner table, at family outings, and with friends and extended family. The week's activities are as follows:

  • Monday - Smoking and Drugs Mix Me Up! - Wear clothes inside out, backwards, or mismatched.
  • Tuesday - Real Heroes are Drug Free! - Dress up like your favorite superhero!
  • Wednesday - Put a Cap On Drugs - Rock a hat or silly hair do!
  • Thursday - Follow Your Dreams - Be Drug Free! - Learn in your pajamas!
  • Friday - Red Out Drugs! - Deck out in all red!

Please see our Red Ribbon Week flyer for more information. We appreciate your support of our efforts during this fun-filled week!
